Refunds & Cancellation

Policy:

Once we receive your refund request for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and assess the transaction, and once approved, the refund will be processed. Payment Gateway charges will be deducted from your original payment to determine the amount of your refund. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Order is canceled before dispatch, no cancellation charges will be imposed; however, if the order is canceled after dispatch, the end customer must pay a cancellation fee to VEPL Healthcare.

If the delivery boy fails to deliver the product after the order has been confirmed, VEPL Healthcare will not be liable to either party for cancellation of the order or its supply in any circumstance.

If VEPL Healthcare, its employees fails to comply with or adhere to any of the applicable rules, etc. during the delivery process, the end customer has the right to cancel the order immediately without any further charges, except to pay for the product already received by the end customer.
